Whole steel metal fence strip roll forming machine with punching machine is decelerated by main motor and driven by gear unit for driving up and down barrel rolls. Both rolls keep meshing status by gear unit. The sheets are put on the movable platform and feeding by crank mechanism which will make sure the sheet entering into machine without any deviation. 

Easy control and operate

The machine adopts variable-frequency regulating speed technology, so in order to achieve best forming effect; you can set different forming speed, feeding speed according to different raw material sheets. The installating holes will be pre-punching at the beginning of fence strip roll forming machine and then the formed well strip will be cut off by hydraulic cutting system,.
