There are seven clamping press units for 6 meters metal sheet slitter folder machine, servo motor feeding material, portable PLC control box control,the bending angle range is 0~125 degree. The slitting roller will slit the no used metal sheet material, and bend the required angle degree correctly.
If it is necessary, outside safety guard can be made also. With back gauge system to position the working piece, mark out the slitting position and folding position.

Input parameters on the touch screen, the user can adjust the clamp approach speed, Clamp speed, clamp raise speed, and the speed up and down of the folding apron. The idle speed of the pump is also adjustable to give quiet and efficient operation.
