On this Door frame Used U channel roll forming machine, there are two steel coil material guiders, first one is at the machine's beginning end after feeding rollers, this guider is for guiding steel coil into straightening device. The second guider is before material goes inside forming rollers, it is for ensure metal strip is at correct forming position for U shape.

The feeding rollers has been designed for leading steel coil material into U purlin roll forming machines, it can keep material go into roll forming machine more smoothly. Next is the straightening roller group, the raw material should be straightened before roll forming into U purlins, it can ensure the purlin each position is more flat and the final purlin production shapes are more beautiful.

This Door frame Used U channel roll forming machine can totally produce five sizes of u channel, there are U65*60, U65*90, U65*120, U65*150, U65*210, the bottom dimension is fixed as 65mm, but the waist dimensions are changeable from 60mm to 210mm. So see the roller group i have marked as below, this group is for adjusting U65*150 and U65*210 waist vertical direction straightened effect. Also, there total need fives sets cutting blades, one size need one sets cutting blades. But the upper cutting blades is only one design, we needn't change this upper cutting blades after we changing producing size, only need to change bottom cutting blades.
