All the standing frame are made from cast iron, it is more stronger than others. Whole highway guardrail roll forming machine includes 18stations roll forming, and each station with one gear box driving to ensure the power is strong enough.

This High quality custom highway guardrail roll forming machine's pre-punching device and post cutting device are shared the hydraulic sttation together, whole hydraulic station is outside of the producing line. There is two pieces of cutting blades for cutting off, no waste material cutting.
