All rolls are inspected and polished after manufacture.

A range of length measuring systems can be fitted from a simple 'end stop' through to open or closed loop systems with incremental encoders fitted via a measuring wheel. Whole line and actions are controlled by PLC control system.
The die or press accelerator can be either a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder or servo drive via rack and pinion to give precise accuracy on cut lengths. The cutting blades are custom designed and manufactured according to steel profile.
Any combination of mechanical or hydraulic shear can be supplied with special presses designed to customers specification.
Pre-Punch Tools, Jigs and Fixtures
Xiamen Bogong Machinery manufacture their own pre-punch hydraulic presses and the necessary press tools to suit. Having our own toolmakers ensures both press and tool is compatible and can be tried out before delivery.
